How it is made
slow, and in small runs
Everything is blended in batches of fifty or fewer in a converted dairy outside Arundel. Oils are cold pressed and unrefined, and each batch is dated on the base so you know exactly how old it is.
We do not use synthetic fragrance. What you can smell is whatever is actually in the bottle, which means the colour and scent shift a little between batches depending on the harvest. That is the trade for using real ingredients.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day go out the same day, otherwise the next one. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually lands within two to three working days. Free on orders over £40, otherwise £3.95.
Can I return something?
Unopened items can go back within 30 days for a full refund, and we will cover the return postage if something arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
Opened skincare cannot be resold, so we cannot take it back on a change of mind. If a product has irritated your skin, email us and we will refund it. That is not something we argue about.
I have sensitive skin. Where do I start?
Patch test first, whatever the product. A little on the inside of your elbow, left for 24 hours.
The chamomile balm and the oat body lotion are the gentlest things we make. The rose geranium and lavender products carry natural essential oils, which are the most common cause of a reaction, so approach those last.
Are the ingredients listed in full?
Yes, in full and in INCI order, on every bottle and on each product page. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a skin condition, take the list to your GP or midwife rather than relying on us.
How long does it keep?
Batch date and a period-after-opening symbol are printed on the base of every item. Most things are twelve months once opened, the facial oil six. Keep them out of direct sun.
Do you sell wholesale?
